Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Etolv CRM, operated by Etolv Software Solutions. By creating an account you accept them.

What the service does

Etolv CRM connects a WhatsApp Business Account you already own and lets you send and receive messages through it from a web inbox. We are not WhatsApp, and we do not provide the WhatsApp Business Platform — Meta does. Your use of it remains subject to Meta's own terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the messages you send. You must have permission from the people you message, and you must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Unsolicited bulk messaging is prohibited and will get your WhatsApp number restricted by Meta regardless of anything we do.

You must keep your account credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as is. Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and on the recipient's device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message is delivered. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time; see the data deletion page. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the WhatsApp Business Policy, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where circumstances allow, we give notice first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt.
